Mr. Jan KULCZYK

Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Kulczyk is the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kulczyk Investments, and he is a Polish entrepreneur with operations in over thirty countries, across four continents, in the sectors of oil and gas, energy, mineral resources, infrastructure and real estate. Jan Kulczyk plays an active role in the transformation of the Polish economy and has participated in some of the largest privatisation processes and shareholding restructurings, as well as successfully completing major Public-Private-Partnership projects. He is a co-founder of the Polish Business Roundtable and has been an Honorary Chairman of the German–Polish Chamber of Commerce, as well as Chairman of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. He is the founder and a member of the EU-Ukraine Commercial Council, which is headquartered in Brussels. Since July 2006, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Green Cross International and, in October 2007, was appointed its Chairman. In 2010, he founded the Central and Eastern Europe Development Institute, a think-tank promoting the achievements of the new EU Member States. He is also a member of the Atlantic Council International Advisory Board. He studied Law at the University of Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań and International Trade at the Poznań University of Economics, and has a PhD in International Law. Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Woźniak graduated from the Higher Economic School in Sopot (Poland), receiving in 1973, his PhD in Economics and, in 1986, he became a University Assistant. At present, he is a Professor within the Department of Logistics at the Faculty of Economics of the University of Gdańsk. Apart from logistics subjects, he focuses on problems of energy security in the broad international context. Mr. Jarosław ZAGÓROWSKI

Mr. Jarosław ZAGÓROWSKI

Member of the Board of Directors Mr. Zagórowski is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Tauron. He began his career in the Ministry of Foreign Economic Co-operation in 1995. He moved to the Ministry of Economy in 1997, where, for ten years, he occupied various positions. He was the adviser to the Minister in affairs linked to the initiating and realisation of country policy in the steel, coke and mining industries, and was Vice-Director of the Industrial Conversion Department responsible for the coal mining sector. In 2003, Jarosław Zagórowski joined JSW S.A. – first as a Member of the Supervisory Board and then as its Chairman, and from March 2007 to February 2015, he has been the President of the Management Board of JSW S.A. He graduated in two programmes at the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice: in 1994 - Mechanics , Technology of Engines and the Production Process at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering; and in 1998 - Management of Enterprise and Marketing at the Faculty of Organisation and Management. Mr. Paweł OLECHNOWICZ

Mr. Olechnowicz graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków (the Faculty of Technology and Mechanisation of Foundry Engineering), completed a post-graduate course in Organisation, Economics and Industrial Management at Gdańsk University of Technology, acquired a MBA INSEAD at Fontainebleau, and has attended many specialisedmanagement training sessions, both in Poland and abroad.
