Energy Dialogue at Seimas is a Chatham House rule round-table discussion forum, organised in co-operation with the German Embassy in Vilnius, the German-Baltic Chamber of Commerce (AHK), the Polish-Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce, the Association of Lithuanian Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Crafts and Central Europe Energy Partners (CEEP). The event is moderated by Mr. Jaroslav Neverovic and Prof. Dr. Friedbert Pflüger. It is intended to be a forum for dialogue and discussion among 30-40 selected guests on current topics of energy policy and energy integration between Lithuania and the Baltics, Germany, and Europe. The Dialogue is preceded by a buffet lunch.

Mr. Philip Lowe - Director General DG Energy (until 2014)
Mr. Jaroslav Neverovic was Minister of Energy (2012-2014) and Deputy Foreign Minister (2006-2008) of the Republic of Lithuania. He was responsible for construction of the electricity interconnection between Lithuania and Poland as CEO of the Project Development Company LitPol Link (2008-2012). He holds a master's degree in International Economic and Political Relations.
Prof. Dr. Friedbert Pflüger is CEO of Pflüger International GmbH, Director of the European Centre for Energy and Resource Security at King’s College London, and Senior Fellow of the Atlantic Council of the United States. He was member of the German Bundestag (1990-2006), Deputy Minister (2005-2006). He publishes frequently on energy topics.
