Event Details
The EuroPOWER & OZE (RES) POWER Energy Conference from its inception aims to talk about the most current challenges and problems regarding the energy sector in Poland and in the CEE region. Every six months, all key representatives of the industry gather to discuss the most important aspects of the operation and development of the energy industry. The event organized by MMC Polska is the most important energy conference in the country. Our mission is to create an effective platform for dialogue, which is a place for public consultations between government representatives and all industry representatives.
When creating the program of the event, we take into account the current economic and political situation to talk about the most current challenges facing the entire sector. These challenges include: development of large-scale photovoltaic farms, wind energy, modern and efficient heating, distributed energy, digitization and all modern technologies for the sector.
The EU climate policy until 2030 will significantly accelerate the process of transforming conventional generation capacities, and thanks to the Just Transition Fund, it will lead us onto completely new paths in the development of renewable energy in the energy mix, supporting the goals of reducing greenhouse gas emissions by 55% by the end of the current decade.
The thematic scope of the Conference is jointly created by the EuroPower and OZE Power Program Councils. It is composed of presidents and board members of key market entities, representatives of the central administration, a regulator, representatives of the world of science and industry associations, who jointly shape the future of the energy sector and the Polish economy.
