The Atlantic Council’s Eurasian Energy Futures Initiative and Central Europe Energy Partners (CEEP) are organising a public event based upon the report: ‘Completing Europe: From the North-South Corridor to Energy, Transportation, and Telecommunications Union’ on Wednesday, April the 8th , from 2:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the Atlantic Council’s main offices (Washington, DC). 

Gen. James Jones and Mr. Paweł Olechnowicz, the Co-Chairs of the report, will discuss the challenges of the infrastructural integration of Central Europe, with special regard to the energy, transportation, and telecommunication sectors.

Completing Europe advocates that the construction of an energy, transportation and telecommunication corridor spanning from the Baltic to the Adriatic Seas is critical to the effort to build an integrated European economy. Such a corridor would enhance the global competitiveness of the European economy, and increase its resilience to economic and geopolitical volatility and shocks.
